About the event
The Lidcombe Program is an evidence based, behavioral treatment for early stuttering. The treatment is administered by parents under the supervision of a speech language pathologist. Research has shown that children can maintain high levels of speech fluency following treatment. The workshop will include short lectures, group activities, viewing and discussion of clinic visit videos, and case discussions.

Confidently conduct the components of the Lidcombe Program
Measuring stuttering
Providing parental verbal contingencies safely and accurately
Conducting and shaping therapy
Maintaining speech outcomes
